Meet Colette Colclough
Colette Colclough is the founder of Steep & Stories and the Executive Director of the Forward Women's Leadership Forum, a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing women through education, leadership, entrepreneurship, and wellness.
A retired human resources executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience, she is passionate about creating spaces that inspire meaningful connection and personal growth.
Through Steep & Stories, Colette has blended her love of hospitality, storytelling, and community building to create an intimate urban tea house experience where every gathering is intentional and memorable.
Her work is rooted in the belief that conversations, shared experiences, and thoughtful hospitality have the power to transform lives and strengthen communities.
